I am no longer in love with Sprint Navigation. Angry
The only thing it can do accurately is get me out of my driveway. After that, I usually get the "Your GPS signal is weak," comment, ad naseum, and it shows some route that I didn't ask, and my car somewhere miles from where it really is.
I hope the upgrade takes care of this.

I use mine constantly, and have never had a problem.

hav e you tried soft resetting your device?

From what I understand, the nav feature is provided to Sprint via a third party: telenav.  They're on the web:  www.telenav.com.
