No, you have to download it to your computer and then transfer it to your pre via USB connection.

How does this cookie thing work? Do I have to earn some to give them? Can I just take them from people??

No benefit, it is a sort of reputation system, if you have a lot of cookies people will know you post quality stuff.

You can give anyone a cookie, and no it does not take one of your own it comes from the "cookie jar"

Only take cookies if a user posts something that is very bad, such as spam or something of the sort. And taking a cookie does not give you one. Just puts it back in the "cookie jar"
