I think this looks great, I never actually read through it before, shame on me lol. But one thing I notice, you may or may not care, but the part where you basically say too bad, if you got banned, you deserve it doesn't seem friendly. And working a lot in customer service and dealing with people in the childcare programs I work with, I know that a statement like this, yes even something so small can turn people off from your site. For people to want to contribute to this site and become active participants, they need to feel like this is an environment where administrators cant just kick people out without really any justification since its just "too bad." Everyone needs to feel like they are on a level playing field. Your respect section really presents an under tone of...you respect us, but we'll do what we want to you and we don't want to hear it and we don't need to tell you. There needs to be more of an idea that admins=Support and overseers not admins=God

OK, thats my rant lol, I'd just like to see this forum succeed because I really what you guys got going here; and to take it to the next level you really need to look past the technicalities and the emphasis on the rules and the control, and examine the psychological aspects in terms of how you present yourselves and your forum.

And as I said, do with it as you please, you may not see it as a big deal but every bit counts, I guarantee it. There are ways to present your rules and assert your rules without being overly aggressive.

Looks great...in the end i hope u mean when u say rules can be taken away and changed without notice, that someone won't be punished for not regularly rereading the rules lol. But I think it's very welcoming

I agree with qt, thanks for updating it... but ultimately if someone gets banned, it really depends on the seriousness of the offense. Just saying the F word shouldnt but saying F U, might and not for a week but permanently..
