Try turning it off and then on again first.  This is a common problem, you will notice it is stuck in speakerphone mode (you can see the little headset icon in the phone app).  If this doesnt fix it, just bring it to the store, they should replace it with no problem.

Your number 3 issue is due to the phone not being position on the TS correctly. I also have this issue. I just slide it a little more this way or that way (you'll feel when it's most 'suctioned') and it always works. It has to be in the right spot in order to charge. This may be your issue for the other things (where it doesn't charge, etc.)

Yeah, the people at the Sprint store fiddled and I had tried the reset before, but didn't work.  It was stuck in Headphone mode; they told me there was no fix and are replacing it for me.

My palm pre is not receiving text messages from people i text the most and sometimes it resets while in my pocket. Will the sprint store replace my palm pre or will they give me a loaner phone until mines is fixed. I prefer for them to replace it.

Aah, Well, I have a small issue. Yesterday I was trying to copy songs from my laptop to mobile memory card but when I attached the memory card to laptop it was asking for the password. I thought it is just a default password and I entered that. But it said failed. I tried soft and hard reset also but then after the same issue asking for the password. What should I need to do recover my data from memory card. Suggestions will be appreciated.

Hey, that's not the issue at all.Sometimes there is network congestion and hence the video can't properly view. Try after  some time and check the speed. You can even try a soft rest as well.
