I have searched and searched and could not find what I was looking for so I am sending this out. My apologies if it has been asked before, but here it goes.

So I am having trouble looking at my "Conversations" when I hit the Messaging Icon. Its not all Conversations though, and this is why I am boggled by it. I hit the messaging icon and all the names pop up, except a certain 6 or 7, they are all contacts, but they are just not recognized. However when I hit a letter as in "J" all the conversations pop up that begin with "J" and more importantly the one that I was looking for with a #1 indicating that I have a new message from that person. I even try completely deleting my conversations and still when those certain people message me it even says I have no converstations.

Anyway, I am sorry I rambled. I hope that someone understands my problem, and know of a solution. If you need further explanation just ask.
