I Have had (3) Three Palm Pre's in 11 months. Currently the one I own has major battery life issues and shuting off at random time problems. The Pre heats up big time when I'm using it. The phone will sometimes show a "?" on the battery charging Icon. I have a brand new battery and new charger from sprint and it still does it but they refuse to  swap the phone out because the diagnostics they run show nothing wrong with the phone. Any insight? I'm bout to throw my pre through sprint's corporate headquarter's window!
