i just put a full body invisible shield on my pre and now whenever i make or receive calls, the screen goes blank and the keys go dark like it shut off but it still makes sounds. i contacted the manufacturer and they said that they have not heard of any problems. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Sounds like something is covering your proximity sensor. The proximity sensor is to the right of the earpiece on the face of the phone. I never had this problem when I had my invisible shield on my pre.

thats what i thought but there is nothing but the invisible shield covering it.
