is there any way to get the download that most people got on Sunday through the usb cable?  I live in a remote area and do not get 3G so I cannot download over the air like you guys in the big cities.

If you use a wireless router in your home, just turn on WiFi on the PRE and connect to it.  You can do this by tapping the top right hand corner by the battery indicator and then tapping "Wi-Fi".  You will need the password for your network if it is secured.  Then just tap updates and tell it to download.
