My camera on my phone hasn't been working for a while. It comes up but it's just a gray screen. When I updated my phone today the camera comes up so I can take pictures but now it's just a black screen. I can't actually take a picture. Is there something I can do myself or do I just need to take it to Sprint and see if they can fix it?

Every since I installed the os upgrade on my Pre the camera function stopped working.  When I hit the icon, the screen goes gray, and the camera symbol comes up, but then freezes.

You may need to backup your stuff and use webos doctor to fix it.  Here is the link if you are interested:

Just make sure you palm profile is activated and you backup is up to date.  You will need to manually backup pics/videos/etc...

My Palm has been working great until this last update.  My camera is getting a grey screen also or it is taking a long time to load. By time it opens up its to late to take the picture  Angry !  Also when i take a pic the sound comes on like 5 seconds after i take the pic.  Is there a fix coming out for this.
