it's my first day to use Pre, at least 5 times the screen turned off when I played, what's the reason? need to replace a new one?

Did you have to actually turn the phone back on (as in, it took like 2min and you saw the PALM logo) or did the screen just shut off until you hit the button.  If it actually turned off, this  is a known issue and I would take it back for a replacement right away.  If it just turned the screen off, that is normal.

when there is incoming call, the screen is still black (shut off), but the ring is on...i think it must be problem
