I am currently using my second Palm Pre which I purchased through O2 and I having a few issues.

1) When I receive a call most of the times I do not have the option to reject the call. When I’m in a meeting and have forgotten to mute it, I would have to answer the phone and then hang up.
2) When I have missed a call there is an icon at the bottom telling me that I have missed the call. However I cannot get rid of it. Unless I press it which it then shows me the detail and then I have to press it again which then rings the number and then I have to hang up.
3 The interference with my television is very annoying even when it in 15ft away.
4) The screen is starting to rattle.
5) When charging the battery gets very hot.
6) I receive texts several hours after they were sent to be even though I have full reception
7) I will all of a sudden receive an icon telling me I have a message. The phone hasn't even rung and I haven’t missed a call. (I have full reception) That happens daily.
When it asks me if I want to update and it tells me that it takes approx 5 minuets. It took 70mins in a full reception 3G area. I could not stop it I even tried to take the battery out to stop it as I needed to make a urgent call and it would stop.
9) I can very rarely use apps let alone download them.
10) The sound quality of my voice to my friend’s mobiles or landlines is very poor.

I have been to O2 and they are looking to repair it however this is the second phone with similar issues. They want me to send it in the post and be phoneless for 10 days or pop into the nearest store which is 15 miles away and pay a £25 deposit while they send it off.

I am just hoping that these are not problems that a lot of other palm pre owners are having. I hoping some one can inject me with some confidence. However I am not holding my breath.
