Next to the toolbar/menu on the top of this page, there's a new button called "Chat", this is very handy when comes to member support of the new Palm Pre, forget about calling Sprint customer service (the fact that you probably know more than they do), or try to looking through the user manual to find out how to use a specific feature.

First thing you should do is go to the Chat room and find out if any members there to help you out! It's also a great place to hangout.
