Just wanted to let the community know that the Free DVD to Pre program that I have been working on is now available in public beta.

It is written specifically for the Palm Pre's resolution and file access. All you have to do is put a DVD in your PC, click convert, then navigate the DVD menu to start the movie. Once you see the movie, click convert and it will convert the movie to mp4 and put on your Pre when it is done.

It is in beta, so if you find any bugs you can post them by using the menu option under Help in the program.

The program is in public beta.  To join visit the DVD to pre page and submit your information in the newsletter box.  The Download link will be emailed to you.

Movies will generally be about 450 meg for 1.5 hour movie.

Converted Iron Man to my Pre this weekend.  Worked great, and was painless!  Movie is 2 hours and 5 minutes, and is 566 megs.  Great application!
