I just got rid of my Instinct last week. The Pre is far superior. The Instinct touch screen has many issues. The touch keyboard is more difficult to use than the Pre keyboard. To be fair, there are some things that I miss on the Pre compared to the Instinct. They are the visual voicemail and the speed dial screen. Other than that I've forgoten everything else I know about the Instinct. The infrastructure seems to be built on the Pre. We just have to be patient that additional functionality will be coming.
