Yea seriously let's take care of our Pres people, i.e. not play catch or hot potato with it. I know accidents happen but at a 200 dollar plus price tag, the Pre isn't a toy, therefore extra caution must be used. I mean I don't "accidentally" drop my Xbox once a week so why should the Pre be any different.  :Smiley

Well, I doubt most of us carry around our Xbox's around like we do a phone.  Slipping it in and out of pockets, going in and out of cars, having the phone in our laps while driving and forgetting about it being in our lap when we get out of the car (me=guilty!).

Hahaha, I was just going to comment on that. I hope you never drop your Xbox...mine just stays where its at lol. And I agree with you exactly, when you're using something everyday and taking it in and out of stuff its bound to happen, we're just human.

Besides has anyone even looked at the pre?! This thing doesn't even have edges, it's asking to slip out of a hand!!

What did Sprint do for you about your power button? Mine is jammed now and I've never dropped my phone.

if you are within the 30 days you should be able to get it exchanged.  if you are over 30, you will probably have to send it to palm as a mfg defect.

I went to the sprint repair store and they gave me a brand new one as well.  I was very impressed.  It took a half hour for them to transfer everything over and to  ;Dstart up my new phone, and the guy apologized it took so long.  Sprint is clearly going out of their way to make everyone happy, well at least the pre customers Grin
